Cancellation Policy

1. Making a Booking Coaching sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance. The number, length and cost of sessions will be agreed before coaching begins. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Coaching Agreement. This will be provided at the free Discovery Call. 2. Payment The total cost of the agreed coaching sessions will be confirmed on the website before your first session. Payment should be made using the agreed method online before the first session. 3. Rescheduling, Cancellations and No-Shows Sessions can be rescheduled by either the client or the coach with at least 48 hours’ notice before the planned date and time. If cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the coach reserves the right to charge the full fee for the missed session. If the coach needs to reschedule, they will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an alternative time. If this is not possible, the client will be refunded the cost of the cancelled session. If a client fails to show up for a session without giving prior notice, they will be charged the full fee for the session. 4. Between Sessions You may email between scheduled sessions if you encounter a problem or want to share a success. Email contact is intended for brief check-ins and clarifications, not for full coaching sessions. 5. Termination of Coaching Either the client or the coach may end the coaching relationship at any time, subject to reasonable notice. Any money owed at the time of cancellation will become due immediately. For longer programmes (6 sessions or more), any specific minimum term or notice period will be confirmed in your Coaching Agreement. 6. Confidentiality and Data All coaching sessions are confidential, subject to the exemptions set out in the Coaching Agreement (for example, risk of harm or legal requirements). The coach maintains professional indemnity insurance and complies with data protection requirements, including GDPR, in relation to client details. 7. Nature of Coaching Coaching is a non-therapeutic, non-clinical intervention and is not a substitute for psychological counselling, psychotherapy or medical treatment. Results cannot be guaranteed. By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes.
